By submitting this application, you are agreeing to the following terms of membership:

1. I give my consent for the oil co-operative (“the co-operative”) to negotiate prices, appoint a supplier and place orders on my behalf. This service is supplied by the co-operative free of charge; I will pay only for the oil provided and no service charge will be added.
2. I agree that the supplier and price for each delivery will be made known to me after an order has been placed and cannot be determined in advance.
3. I understand that I am not obliged to place an order in each delivery cycle, and I remain free to make my own arrangements outside the co-operative.
4. I agree that I will not change or amend any order placed with the co-operative after the deadline given by the co-ordinator or once a supplier has been appointed.
5. I agree that any order made by me via the co-operative establishes a contract between me and the appointed supplier and that it is my responsibility to pay the supplier for all oil supplied to me.
6. I agree that the co-operative will have no liability with regard to any dispute over payment or any other matter that may arise between the supplier and me and that any that any such dispute can result in my membership of the co-operative being suspended until the dispute is resolved.
7. It is my responsibility to ensure that my order reaches the co-ordinator by the stated deadline, and to provide the co-ordinator with such information as they require to make an order on my behalf.
8. I agree to advise the co-ordinator of any changes to my details in writing.
9. I give my consent for the co-ordinator to pass my personal details to the appointed supplier to enable them to make a delivery.
